As we move forward with ethos it is our goal to push out into the community that surrounds us.  We will be looking to divide our leadership structure into 3 groups: Directional Team, Creative Team, and Operational Team.  We will be discussing these roles and creating job descriptions in the coming weeks – it’s going to be great!  Let us know if you are interested in being part of one of these teams.
